Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

​

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping fees are calculated at Checkout and we offer free shipping for the North Island in NZ on orders over $100. Free Shipping for South Island in NZ for orders over $100 and free shipping to Australia on orders over $150.

Order Processing Time

​

All orders placed are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

​

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Rural Shipping does not incur additional costs.

International Orders

​

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

 

Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

​

Due to a strong demand for courier services during peek times there may be delays in you receiving your order. This is out of our control, we ask for your patience. Please use the tracking number provided to you for all information regarding your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

We truly believe you will love the products you have purchased from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return an item that has been partially used to us for a refund, store credit or exchange within in 30 days from your purchase. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

Returns

​

All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date. We may choose to extend this and offer a store credit depending on the circumstances. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.

Return Process

​

To return an item, please email us a hello@rensatore.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and follow the instructions on the return. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been received.
